The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as accused in Crime No.375 of 2024 on the file of Badvel U/G Police Station, YSR Kadapa District for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 386, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 120(b) read with 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(f)(r) of SC, ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case and that petitioner intends to submit his version before the police to complete the investigation. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner’s representation was received and acknowledged. 4. Considering the submissions, the investigating officer to consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merits and arrive at appropriate conclusion before finalizing the final report/charge sheet.
