Instant intra court appeal has been filed against the ad-interim order dated 27.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.3046/2024 “Shesham Kouser vs. UT of Jammu and Kashmir and another”. Sr. No. 7 2 LPA No. 13/2025 2. A bare perusal of order impugned herein dated 27.12.2024 reveals that the order impugned before the writ Court bearing No. HS/S/248 dated 09.11.2024, has been stayed subject to objections from the other side and till next date of hearing and the writ Court has directed the Registry to list the main petition on 28.02.2025 for hearing. 3. Since the order impugned is subject to objections and till next date of hearing, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal. Accordingly, we direct the appellant herein (respondent No.6 before the writ Court) as well as respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to file objections to the main petition as well as interim application before the writ Court by next date of hearing. The appellant herein shall also be at liberty to lay motion for recalling order dated 27.12.2024. In the event, the parties complete the pleadings by the appointed date of hearing, we request the writ Court to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in the matter, strictly under rules. 4.
