By order dated 30.11.2023, this court has appointed Mr. Justice P.K.S. Baghel (retired Judge of this Court) to act as sole arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties. Office was directed to obtain his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Act. 2. The record reveals that Mr. Justice P.K.S. Baghel has given his consent to act as sole arbitrator by letter dated 25.1.2024. Accordingly, the parties are permitted to approach the arbitrator, namely Mr. Justice P.K.S. Baghel, for settlement of disputes between them. 3. The arbitrator shall be entitled to fees and expenses as per IVth Schedule of the Act. 4. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
