Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above, however, he submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh. He further submits that the parties have entered into compromise and the same has been filed alongwith a supplementary affidavit, which may be directed to be returned. 4. In view of above, this petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid. 5. Office is directed to return the original compromise, filed alongwith supplementary affidavit, to learned counsel for the petitioner after keeping photostat copy on record.
