Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Simariya P.S. On 09.03.2025, theft was committed in the farm house of the informant and unknown thieves took away the solar plates. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and one solar plate was recovered from his possession. It was submitted that the offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate and the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.
