Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of Additional Civil Judge (Avar Khand)/ Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 36 Sultanpur, Criminal Case No. 130 of 2024 and Computer Criminal Case No. 6577 of 2024, under Section 138 NI Act, P.S. Bandhukala District Sultanpur (Amanat Khan Vs. Mohd. Afzal Khan), expeditiously, early as possible within stipulated time. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since the year 2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that under Section 143(3) of the N.I. Act, it is provided that every trial under this Section shall be conducted as expeditiously as possible and an endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within six months from the date of filing of the complaint. He has submitted that since long time, the case is pending without substantial progress. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to adhere to the provisions of Section 143(3) of the N.I. Act and accordingly expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Expeditious trial of cases under Section 138 N.I.
