The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 50/2025, for the offences registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Seraikella. 3. Petitioner and prosecutrix friends. Petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix on the promise that he will marry her. Later on, he refused to do so. 4. It was submitted that there is delay of four months in lodging of the present case. It was further submitted that the present case has been registered in order to pressurize the petitioner to marry the prosecutrix. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Seraikella in connection with Gamharia P.S.
