Applicant has filed this second bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 280/2023 registered at Police Station – Jainagar, District Surajpur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for applicant submits that this second application is filed after examination of material witnesses ie., Vikash Yadav (PW-1), Devnarayan alias Dara Singh (PW-3) & Akshay Kumar (PW-6). 3.
