Sl.No. 3 Court No. 35 G.S.Das 06.03.2025 WPA 7838 of 2022 Sanati Mali -Vs- The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Bidyut Kr. Halder Mr. Indranil Halder … for the Petitioner(s) Ms. Sipra Mazumdar Ms. Somashree Dey … for the State-respondent(s) The writ petition being WPA 1735 of 2022 was disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 3rd March, 2022. A representation was made with the Inspector-in-charge of Asansol South Police Station on 28.03.2022 which was sent by registered speed post. The basic issue canvassed was that the petitioner was obstructed from construction of his building and the private respondents along with the other antisocials tried to stop the construction as also threatened him with dire consequences. Having considered that such representation was filed in the year 2022, I am of the opinion that there has been complete change of circumstances. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned police station who would consider the inconveniences faced by the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7838 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
