This petition has been filed with following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party Nos.2 and 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation of FIR/Case Crime No.0296/2022 under Section 147, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station-Para, District-Lucknow lodged on 17.06.2022 against the private respondent i.e. opposite party No.4 to 8 or to transfer the investigation of the said case to any other independent investigating agency, in the interest of justice." At the outset, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file personal affidavit of the Investigating Officer concerned with regard to active investigation made in the aforesaid case crime number. Accordingly, list/put up this case after four weeks.” 4.
