The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed to issue a direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus thereby to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner/corpus before this Court who has been illegally detained by respondent nos. 4 and 5. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA submitted that proper FIR has been registered at Case Crime No. 35 of 2025, in which during investigation, corpus has been recovered by concerned investigating officer and she has been put to record her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein corpus stated that she has already married with respondent no. 4 i.e. Shailendra Pal, on the basis of the statement she is leading peaceful married life with Shailendra Pal at present. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, no case of illegal detention made out by the petitioner, specifically due to want of any specific knowledge of inquiry and recording the statement of the corpus. 5.
