HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 37206 of 2025 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE DR. YOGENDRA KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Sri Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.2, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sakaldiha, District Chandauli to decide the Case No. 6979 of 2024, arising out of proceedings under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the State-respondents has no objection to the prayer.
