This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer for modification of the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.5054 of 2025. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 25.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.5054 of 2025, the petitioner was admitted to bail upon his undertaking to transfer Rs.23,608/- to the account of victim- Vivek Kumar. It is next submitted that as per para-89 of the case-diary, the victim of the said case is Ravi Kumar, Son of Pramod Kumar and the total defrauded amount is Rs.23,608/-. Hence, it is submitted that the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.5054 of 2025 be modified by substituting the name of the victim ‘Vivek Kumar’ with ‘Ravi Kumar.’ Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for modification of the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.5054 of 2025 is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.5054 of 2025 is modified by substituting the name of the victim ‘Vivek Kumar’ with ‘Ravi Kumar’ appearing in the said order dated 25.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.5054 of 2025 and it is ordered that this order be treated as part of the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.5054 of 2025. The order dated 25.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.5054 of 2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly. (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.) Animesh/
