By means of the present petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to include the service period of the petitioner from 01.08.1989 to 24.08.1995 and pay the gratuity amount and other benefits and refix pension within a stipulated period. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to take a final decision on the application of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025 and 13.08.2025 within stipulated period. III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to pay the interest of gratuity amount and other dues within stipulated period." 3. Petitioner first of all wants to approach before the respondent no. 2 as early as possible for his grievance by filing a representation. 4. This writ petition is disposed of and consigned to records with direction to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing a representation and the same shall be considered by the concerned authority, expeditiously, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order alongwith a copy of the representation.
