However, a prayer was advanced for survey work, but the police authorities did not pay any heed to the request of the petitioners, as such, the petitioners have approached this court at the relevant point of time. Report submitted by the State reflects that the police authorities already have drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS. Considering the time period which has passed in the meantime, if the petitioners face with similar inconveniences they will file a fresh information with the police authorities, who would take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8193 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
