The Court made the following: ORDER: The above Contempt Case is filed complaining the non- implementation of the order, dated 31.07.2018, passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.1110 of 2018. 2. No representation for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I submits that they have filed a Memo dated 25.09.2024, by annexing the proceedings issued by the Director of Survey, Settlements and Land Records, Mangalagiri, vide REV05-17/42/2018-G SEC-CSSL-II, dated 08.08.2024. He submits that the petitioner’s gap period i.e., from 01.12.2017 to 22.02.2018, was treated as compulsory weight and necessary proceedings were issued to that effect vide REV05-17/42/2018-GSEC- CSSL, dated 21.09.2022. He further submits that salary for the above gap period was drawn and paid to the petitioner vide Token No.2022- 1557077 and the same is credited to the petitioner’s account. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are required in this Contempt Case. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case (AT) is closed. No order as to costs.
