The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayer: "I. Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3- District Basic Education Officer, District Etah to consider the grievance of the petitioner and decide the application for family pension of the petitioner, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court" 3. Learned counsel for the Basic Education Board has provided an order dated 14.10.2025 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Etah, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been considered against her. The order has not yet been challenged, therefore, the petitioner wants to challenge the order dated 14.10.2025 by filing a fresh writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of and consigned to record with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the order dated 14.10.2025. 5. A copy of the aforesaid order shall be handed over to the petitioner by the learned counsel for the respondent.
