For Petitioner : Mr.K.Karthikeyan For RR1 to 7 : Mr.D.Ravichander Special Government Pleader O R D E R This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 13.06.2025 and for a consequential direction to the respondents 3 to 7 to include the name of the petitioner and other legal heirs in the revenue records with respect to the subject property. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 and perused the materials available on record. 3. On carefully going through the materials placed before this Court, it is seen that the subject property has been classified as grama natham. The issuance of patta with respect to grama natham lands, is now a subject matter pending before the Full Bench. Till a final decision is taken by the Full Bench, the revenue 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.42578 of 2025 authorities cannot take a final decision regarding issuance of patta for grama natham lands. 4. In view of the same, after a final decision is taken by the Full Bench of this Court, it is left open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Tahsildar and on receipt of the same, it is to be considered, after issuing notice to all the interested parties concerned and a decision will be taken as expeditiously as possible.
