The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2025. V 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the transaction between the petitioner and the 12*'^ respondent is purely a private transaction that transpired between them. It is also submitted that the petitioner issued a legal notice to the respondents alleging deficiency in banking services and financial misconduct/fraud. It is further submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the 12*'^ respondent would have to be redressed before the appropriate forum by the petitioner, and that the police have no role in the matter. 4. Considering the same, it is left open for the petitioner to approach the competent authority for recovery of the amount due from the 12''" respondent. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
