Public Prosecutor for the State respondents, who submits that though the case diary was called for in the meanwhile, the charge-sheet has been laid bearing charge-sheet No.374/2025 dated 07.09.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners were allowed to go on interim bail vide order dated 09.09.2025 and in person to the direction of this Court, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have cooperated with the investigation. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 09.09.2025 by this Court is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions that they shall continued cooperative in the trial. 4.
