The petitioner is challenging the order dated 05.09.2011 and the subsequent order dated 21.12.2011, whereby the respondents have proposed to place the petitioner permanently out of contract employment. 2. This Court, vide order dated 18.04.2012, directed the respondents to continue the petitioner until further orders. -2- 3. The learned standing counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is continuing in service as on date, on payment of monthly fixed remuneration and that the engagement of the petitioner is on contract basis, which is in force till 31.03.2025. The relevant proceedings, dated 09.08.2024, are placed on record. The grievance of the petitioner is adequately considered by the respondents in pursuance of the orders of this Court and hence no further orders are required in this writ petition. 4. Recording the submission of the learned standing counsel, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the respondents to engage the petitioner till his services are required. No costs. 5.
