GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 2 ORDER:- Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation to respondent Nos.2 to 4 and seeking a direction to take appropriate action on the representation dated 22.04.2025. 2. As seen from the pleadings, the representation was submitted to the revenue authorities for initiation of proceedings under Section 164 of BNSS against the 6th respondent. It is alleged that the 6th respondent is causing disturbance to the boundaries of the land belonging to the petitioner. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that no such representation was received by the 5th respondent and after receipt of notice in the writ petition, preliminary enquiry was conducted and it is found that the 6th respondent is involved in a dispute with the petitioner regarding the said property. It is also stated that the police are not interfering in civil disputes. 4. Considering the said submissions, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities for appropriate relief. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
