This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail under Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 323, 420, 34 of IPC, in connection with C. P. Case No.15217 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. There is allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner cheated the complainant by receiving Rs.50,000/- as advance for arranging a class IV job. 4. Admittedly, the case arises out of a complaint, thus there is no apprehension of the petitioner being arrested as cognizance has already been taken in this case. 5. Since this is a case where the petitioner has been summoned after cognizance, the petitioner should appear and, on his appearance, the appropriate order will be passed in terms of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51. 5.
