The petitioners are in custody for about six months and pray for bail. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. It appears that the spectacles and wallet of the victim were recovered pursuant to the leading statement of the petitioners. Material available in the Case Diary prima facie suggests the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence. Considering the same, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application is disposed of. Case Diary is returned.
