I.A.No. 1 OF 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has complied with condition No. 2 imposed by this Court by order dated 29-05-2025 in Criminal Petition No. 5475 of 2025 only once. This Court directed the petitioner to appear before the S.H.O. concerned one every Saturday in between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. till cognizance is taken by learned trial Court. So far, charge sheet has not been filed. The order was passed on 29-05-2025. Even after not completion of at least six months, the present application is filed seeking for relaxation of the condition. In fact, the petitioner has not at all complied with the condition at least thrice. There are no bona fides in the petition. Once condition is imposed, the petitioner is bound to follow and scrupulously comply with it. If the petitioner does not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, the investigating officer is at liberty to move appropriate application seeking for cancellation of the bail.
