The present petition has been preferred seeking following main reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI quashing impugned F.I.R. dated 25.08.24 lodged against the petitioners, registered as case crime no. 0306 of 2024 under section 420, 406, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and also in addition section 467, 468, 471 of I.P.C. Police Station Thana Bhawan District-Shamli, with regard to the petitioners only. (Annexure no.1 to this writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondent no. 3 and 4 not to arrest and humiliate the petitioners in pursuance of impugned F.I.R. dated 25.08.24 lodged against the petitioners, registered as case crime no. 0306 of 2024 under section 420, 406, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and also in addition section 467, 468, 471 of I.P.C. Police Station Thana Bhawan District- Shamli,." 3. Admittedly, this is the second petition challenging the same FIR. 4. It is being submitted that certain sections have been added, therefore, the instant petition has been filed. 5. On a pointed query as to whether the second petition is maintainable for the added sections, learned counsel for the petitioners could not satisfy the same. 6.
