The instant petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned judgment and order dated 23.8.2024 passed by the Sessions Judge, Prayagraj in Criminal Revision No.168 of 2024 (Virendra Kumar vs. State of U.P. and others) as well as order dated 16.3.2024 passed by Gram Nyayalay Meja Prayagraj in Case Crime No. 1006 of 2019 (State vs. Lallan Yadav and others) under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C, Police Station Meja District Prayagraj. 3. On perusal of the impugned order, this Court does not find it to be a case where interference of this Court is required. The concerned court after considering the material available on record, passed the order impugned. No such ground appears to be available in the present petition, on the basis of which, impugned order can be set aside. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for setting aside aforesaid case is refused. However, this order shall not preclude the right of the petitioner for preferring specific application for alteration of charges at the relevant stage. 5.
