The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other Writ or direction quashing the Police Notice issued by the respondent No.4 vide Annexures - A & B dated:23.03.2021 & 24.03.2021. (b) Issue a Mandamus directing respondent No.1 to conduct Domestic Enquiry and if found guilty demote the respondent No.4. (c) To compensate the petitioner by way of relief of Rs.1,00,000/- from the respondent No.4 for the illegal and unlawful acts of the respondent No.4. (d) To grant liberty to the petitioner to initiate criminal action before the Court below in the said - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:7361 WP No. 6652 of 2021 C.C.No.7837/2016 (Crime No.183/2014), by filing required application. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with utmost care. 4. Suffice it to note that a private complaint was filed before the Magistrate and by an order a case was registered in Crime No.183/2014 for the offences punishable under Section 419, 420, 408, 415 of IPC. Subsequently, the investigation was conducted and the charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.7837/2016. However, there was an order for reinvestigation and to file a final report under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C. Under these circumstance, the Police Inspector had issued the notice on 23.03.2021. The notice issued by the Police Authority is just and proper. I find not grounds to quash the Police Notice. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. 5.
