Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel for State-respondent nos. 1, 2 & 4 and Sri Shyam Mani Shukla, learned counsel for respondent no. 3. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 11.08.2025, learned standing counsel has produced instruction dated 14.08.2025, which is taken on record. He is directed to provide copy of the instruction to learned counsel for the petitioners during the course of the day. 3. As per instruction, against 32 persons including 16 petitioners, proceedings have been initiated under Section 4 of U.P. Public Premises (Eviction of Un- authorized Occupants) Act, 1972, which is pending in the Court of Additional City Magistrate-I, Agra, therefore, petitioners are required to appear before the Court and file objection, if any. Along with instruction, list of cases pending against the petitioners is annexed. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of. 5. It is made clear that before final disposal of cases pending before the Court, house of petitioners against whom case is pending, shall not be demolished.
