The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 2015/9/15 New Case No. 3138 of 2018, (State Vs. Jogendra and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 200 of 2015, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Bhawan, District- Shamli, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 25.05.2015 pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/ J.M., Shamli. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
