The instant petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 29.3.2024 passed by Prescribed Authority, Special Court N.I. Act, Agra in complaint case no.1896 of 2021 (Vivek Kumar vs. Sundar Singh) under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Shahganj District Agra and that of impugned order dated 15.10.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.13, Agra in Criminal revision no.401 of 2024 (Sundar Singh vs. State of U.P. and another). 3. On perusal of the impugned orders, this Court does not find it to be a case where interference of this Court is required. The concerned court after considering the material available on record, passed the order impugned. No such ground appears to be available in the present petition, on the basis of which, impugned order can be set aside. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for setting aside aforesaid orders is refused and the petition is hereby dismissed.
