By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing to respondent no. 2 to renew the fireworks license in favour of the petitioner." 3. It is submitted that for renewal of firework license petitioner has already applied before the competent authority on 4.10.2025 which has remained undisposed of till date. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event direction is issued to the respondent no. 2 to decide the pending representation. 5. Accordingly we dispose of this petition with direction to the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the application for license put up by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of one week from today.
