By bare perusal of the order sheet, it is apparent that the matter pending since 3.4.2023 in shape of Misc. Case No.457 of 2023 (Manish Bhati vs. Mamchand and others), under Section 307 and 427 IPC registered in Case Crime No.424 of 2018 at Police Station Kasna District Gautam Buddha Nagar in which final report has been submitted by the concerned Investigating Officer on 01.03.2023 and the said case has been posted for further dates without indicating any reason whatsoever by the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IInd Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Reasons and grounds taken while preferring the instant petition seems to be justified and the same is apparent from the order sheet itself. 4. In view of the aforementioned discussions, learned court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IInd, Gautam Buddha Nagar is hereby directed to act in accordance with law over the final report in case crime no.424 of 2018 expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5. Learned counsel for the parties are directed to fully cooperate with the learned court concerned for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case. 6.
