In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to direct respondent No.1- University to permit the petitioner to write the examination scheduled to be commenced from 03.03.2025 as per the examination Notification produced at Annexure-C and also to announce the results of the petitioner herein. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22661 WP No. 6202 of 2025 an identical matter in W.P.No.15934/2023 dated 24.07.2023 at Annexure-J, allowed the writ petition and directed respondent No.1-University to permit the petitioners to take examination and directed respondent No.1-University to announce the results of the petitioners therein. 4. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the observations made by this Court in the various judgments referred to in the writ petition from Annexure-E to Annexure-K, I am of the view that, the writ petition requires to be allowed on similar terms. 5. In the result, the writ petition is allowed. Respondent No.1-University is directed to announce the results of the petitioner forthwith. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
