2. In this writ petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent No.4 to implement the order dated 21st November, 1998 (Annexure-E) passed by the respondent No.3, inter alia sought for a direction to the respondent No.3 to

mutate the revenue entries in favour of the petitioners in respect of the schedule property by considering the representations filed by the petitioners.

learned counsel appearing for petitioners and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.
4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition, respondent No.4 is directed to implement the
order dated 21st November, 1998 (Annexure-E) passed by the respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner *by considering the representations filed by the petitioners, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
