Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent no.3 not to harass to the petitioners from the residential quarters Reserved Police Line Jhansi. iii. Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and under the circumstances of the proper present case. iv. Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioners." with liberty to file fresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
