Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent nos.1 to 6. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to respondent no.5 to complete the inquiry initiated on their complaint against respondent no.7 under the Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016. 3.
