The petitioners were arraigned as accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.66 of 2025 of the Martur Police Station, Bapatia District, registered for the * alleged offences under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 79, 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. It is alleged in the complaint that the petitioners attacked the 2 respondent for the reasons known to them. nd 4. The complaint was filed on 28.04.2025 and the investigation is at the nascent stage. The veracity of the allegations made in the complaint would come to light during the course of the investigation. At this juncture, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation. However, the offences alleged against the petitioner would attract a • I punishment of less than seven years, the Station House Officer, Martur Police Station, Bapatia District, is directed to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, insofar as the petitioners are concerned, for the purpose of investigation in connection with Crime No.66 of 2025.
