He has sought his release on bail. It is third bail application of the applicant. His first and second bail applications have already been rejected on 19.03.2024 and 19.06.2024 respectively. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
