Petitioner is serving as Lecturer Physical Education (DPE) at DIET Saru, District Chamba. His grievance is to the office order dated 24.06.2025 (Annexure P- 1), whereby, he has been repatriated to his parent department i.e. Directorate of School Education and further 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - posted at Danni, District Kangra. 2. To a query of the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admitted that the petitioner has completed much more than his normal tenure at DIET Saru, District Chamba. He further submitted that petitioner is left with less than two years for his retirement, therefore, he should not have been transferred at the fag end of service at Danni, Kangra. 3. Considering the fact that petitioner has completed much more than his normal tenure DIET Saru, District Chamba, impugned order transferring the petitioner from DIET Saru, Chamba does not need any interference. It shall, however, be open for the petitioner to represent to the competent authority for his adjustment in view of his impending retirement as projected in the writ petition. In case such represented is preferred, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority within two weeks from its receipt.
