By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the order (Annexure P/1) & (Annexure P/2) which was of the year 2023, the said order dated 10.10.2023 has been passed by the respondent on the basis of the direction issued by this Court on 14.09.2023 in WPS No. 6095/2023, however the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner questioning the same after a delay of more than one and a half year. 2. The petitioner submits that the petitioner is presently still working as Hostel Superintendent in Pre-Matric Kamla Nehru Old Scheduled Caste Girls Hostel Bilaspur District Bilaspur and hence the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 29.08.2024 before the Principal Secretary Department of SC ST Development vide (Annexure P/11) with a request to recall the order dated 10.10.2023, however till date no decision has been taken and he is seeking a limited direction for decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner. 3 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that if the representation of the petitioner is still pending, the same shall be considered in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard both the parties and perused the documents. 5. In view of the submission made by the State Counsel and looking to the submission made by the petitioner that the petitioner is still working in the Pre-Matric Kamla Nehru Old Scheduled Caste Girls Hostel Bilaspur District Bilaspur. The Principal Secretary SC ST Development Department is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law and take a appropriate decision on the same within a period of 50 days.
