The petitioners are challenging the notification dated 02.03.2013, which prescribes age qualifications for in-service candidates working in cooperative sugar factories for recruitment to the post of Chief Agricultural Officer. Consequently, the petitioner seeks a direction to consider their candidature for 2 50% of the posts in the category of Chief Agricultural Officer without reference to the age qualification. 3. This court, vide order dated 16.12.2013, granted an interim direction as prayed for, pending the writ petition. Considering the fact that the petitioners have attained superannuation, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed in terms of the interim order granted. There shall be no order as to costs.
