By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who was employee of respondent No. 1, who retired from service on 30.06.2020 is seeking a direction towards the respondent No. 1 to release the retiral dues including pension, gratuity and leave encashment etc. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 submits, that if the petitioner is entitled for other retiral benefits, then the undisputed amount will be released within 50 days from today. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No. 2, on instructions submit that as far as pension part is concerned, if the petitioner will submit the Form 10 D in the prescribed format before respondent No. 2, the pension will be released within a period of 45 days. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 6. In view of the submission made by the respondents, at this juncture, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 1 to release the undisputed retiral dues of the petitioner within 50 days, if he is entitled for the same and as far as the pension is concerned, if the petitioner submits the Form 10 D of the Employee’s Pension Scheme then the pension be released within 50 days from today. 7.
