Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The Investigating Agency has alleged that a large quantity of contraband was allegedly seized from the house of the petitioner in his absence. However, no videography of the seizure was done. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits as follows. The seizure list was signed by the wife of the petitioner. The entire procedure of seizure was videographed. Investigation is going on and the petitioner is absconding. 248 bottles of phensedyl had been seized in the process. 2 2 3. In view of the incriminating materials contained in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
