Both the parties entered into compromise. 2. Present appeal is filed by the appellant for grant of Special Leave to appeal against the impugned judgment of acquittal dated 29.06.2024 passed by the learned JMFC Janjgir Champa in complaint Case-30 of 2022, whereby the respondent/accused has been acquitted from the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 3.
