Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Kunwar Tejendra Bahadur, learned AGA for the State-respondent are present. 2. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the further proceeding of complaint case No. 1409 of 2023, u/s 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Hari Parvat, District Agra, pending in the Court of Civil Judge, (Junior Division)/Fast Track Court No. 1, Agra to any other judgeship/court of competent jurisdiction at Shahjahanpur. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is wife of opposite party no. 2 and although she filed the instant transfer application to transfer the proceeding of case relates to 125 Cr.P.C. which was filed by applicant from District Agra to District Shahjahanpur but applicant is ready to appear through video conferencing and therefore, the instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through video conferencing then her application shall be entertained and she will be permitted to appear through video conferencing. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant who is wife of opposite party no. 2 and she filed the instant transfer application to transfer the case relates to section 125 Cr.P.C. from District Agra to District Shahjahanpur but now she is ready to pursue the matter through video conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application is being disposed off with a direction that if applicant filed an application to pursue through video conferencing then her application shall be considered and she will be permitted to pursue the matter through video conferencing.
