The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 190/191(2)/191(3)/109/308(3)/308(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of Sri S. S. Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra. On 06.07.2024 at about 8:30 A.M., the informant received information that unknown miscreants have fired near a Hotel to enforce the demand of rangdari. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.
