HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 20865 of 2025 Court No. - 81 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Heard Sri Prateek Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of her application moved under Section 145 Cr.P.C. The learned counsel has drawn the attention of this Court towards the order sheet appended at page no.33 of this petition, wherein on maximum dates, the advocates are on strike. Despite that there are certain dates on which the Presiding Officer, Sub Divisional Magistrate was busy in administration work. These orders are of dates 10.03.2025, 18.06.2025 and 23.07.2025. It shows that the application is pending since January 2025 without any further proceeding. 3. Learned A.G.A. accepts notice for the State. 4. There is no point in issuing notice to respondent nos.2 to 4, as the innocuous prayer in the writ petition is for speedy disposal of the case. In such a situation, the court concerned, who is Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur, is directed to speed up the disposal of Case No.368 of 2025 (State of U.P., Radhika Devi and others Vs.
