The present intra-court appeal is directed against an order dated 09.04.2025 in Writ-A No.295 of 2025, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner-appellant challenging his transfer from one block to another block in the same district, has been dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant tried to contend that the transfer was done within a short period of seven months. However, it does not dispute that the transfer is only from one block to another block. As such, we find no good ground to interfere with the order of dated 09.04.2025. 3. The appeal lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
