Ms. DD Barman, the learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate, Assam had placed before this Court the minutes of the Sub-Divisional Land Advisory Committee Meeting held on 09.09.2024 whereby the allotment of land admeasuring 2kathas 10 lechas covered by Dag No.903 of Village Paschim Jalukbari under Jalukbari Mouza in favour of Guwahati Zilla Thalua Sak Paschali Byabasayee Santha was approved. The minutes of the said Sub-Divisional Land Advisory Committee Meeting is kept on record and marked with the letter ‘X’.
2. This Court, therefore, on the basis of the said minutes being placed by the learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate, Assam deems it that the land admeasuring 2kathas 10 lechas covered by Dag No.903 of Village Paschim Jalukbari under Jalukbari Mouza had already been allotted in favour of the petitioner No.1 in WP(C)No.6546/2014.
3. This Court further directs the District Commissioner, Kamrup(M) to ensure within 3(three) months from today to issue the necessary patta to the petitioner No.1 of WP(C)No.6546/2014 so that the order dated 06.02.2015 shall be

4. Accordingly, the instant contempt petition stands dropped directing the learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate Assam to apprise the present District Commissioner, Kamrup(M) about the direction so passed hereinabove seeking compliance within the period abovementioned and the District Commissioner, Kamrup (M) shall file an affidavit of compliance before the Registry of this Court.
